Online Support Manager
DANIMAK Limited offers an online support manager which enables clients who have registered for the service to log in and create jobs or request quotes, track and monitor progress of projects and service calls.

Client
Requires Danimak Services
Customer
authorised representitive logs into the system via the web and opens a
new job ticket, along with a description of the service required, location,
order number and urgency.
Danimak Service desk receives
notification of new job ticket, and assigns task to relevant department.
Job ticket is kept updated with information to allow Client to monitor
progress. Customer representatives can also add comments to the on going
job ticket.
Engineer if required arrives
at site in accordance with ticket urgency, completes work as detailed
in the ticket, and then completes Danimak report sheet.
The Job ticket is then closed
by the service desk, upon receipt of completed paperwork. Should the fault
reoccur Clients or the service desk can re-open
the job ticket and since the system is accessible from any web browser
any engineers attending have access to a full history of the job.
